Kamil Sadikov is a project manager with 40 years of overall work experience, including 20 years of professional experience in implementing projects financed by international financial institutions (IFIs) such as: the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the Islamic Development Bank, the Saudi Development Fund, the OPEC Fund, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, and others. He has economic, engineering, and management education. His many years of experience in various sectors of the economy, strong skills in management, planning, and project organization, leadership qualities, and the ability to work in a team allow him to objectively assess the situation and make sound, logical, and well-reasoned decisions in the process of implementing infrastructure projects.

2018-2022, "Improving drinking water supply for rural populations in the Koshrabad district of Samarkand region" with the Saudi Development Fund and OPEC Fund.

2018-2019, "Reconstruction and expansion of sewerage systems in the cities of Gulistan, Shirin, and Yangiyer in the Syrdarya region" with the participation of the Islamic Development Bank.

2017-2018, "Improving the water supply in Namangan region" with the participation of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
