Jamshid Tursunov is an environmental management specialist with over 14 years of professional experience in implementing projects financed by international financial institutions (IFIs) such as the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, the Islamic Development Bank, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Saudi Development Fund, and others. His existing experience in the fields of ecology, environmental protection, and climate change within the framework of numerous international projects allows him to offer advanced practices and modern technologies, conduct in-depth analysis of environmental and social risks, and propose innovative solutions for the successful work of the team.

Work Experience

2021-2024, Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change, Project Leader of the ADB-financed "Sustainable Solid Waste Management".

2017-2022, Coordinator of the Environmental and Social Management System of the ADB-financed Ministry of Economy Program, "Rural Affordable Housing Program".

2011-2015, Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Specialist in safety measures for the ADB-financed project "Water Resources Management Sector Project in the Fergana and Zarafshan Valleys".
