The project is a joint initiative of the United Nations Development Programme, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and is being implemented with the financial support of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) and the OPEC Fund for International Development with the aim of creating favorable living conditions for rural residents and ensuring their access to basic infrastructure, socio-economic services, including access to health care and education.

Brief description of services:

• Preparation of a detailed project;
• Preparation of tender documentation and assistance in procurement;
• Preparation of project-relevant documents on environmental and social guarantees;
• Implementation of author’s and construction supervision;
• Provision of services during the period of liability for defects in construction work.
